Our jewellery is a testament to our commitment to quality and craftsmanship. Each piece in our collection undergoes meticulous design and crafting to ensure it is of the highest quality possible. We layer each piece with a generous and protective coating of 18k gold (1.5 - 2 microns) over stainless steel, ensuring it maintains its stunning appearance for years to come. We choose to make our pieces over stainless steel due to its ability to withstand environmental factors and hypoallergenic properties; other base metals are more prone to oxidising and corroding.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Our pieces are designed for everyday wear and everyday water exposure, meaning they are waterproof and can be worn while showering or washing your hands.

To keep your jewellery looking its best for as long as possible, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to saltwater, chlorine, perfumes, lotions, detergents and harsh chemicals, as these may naturally affect the plating over time.

For the longest life, we also suggest removing your pieces before swimming, strenuous exercise, sleeping, or applying products directly to the skin. When not in use, store your jewellery in its pouch or box to help protect it from sunlight, moisture and abrasion.

WARRANTY

All Goldn State jewellery comes with a 3 month warranty against manufacturing defaults. This warranty becomes active upon the date of purchase and encompasses manufacturing faults and defects that may arise during this timeframe. In order for a warranty claim to be assessed, proof of purchase is required. In the unfortunate event of a faulty item, we do offer a refund. To initiate this process, kindly reach out to us via email at info@goldnstate.com, and our team will promptly assess your items. Upon receipt and assessment of your item for defects, if it is approved by our team, we will arrange for a replacement or refund based on your preference. Please note that in the case of a faulty item, all postage costs will be reimbursed. It is important to clarify that this policy does not cover the below:

• Loss of items

• General wear and tear (including natural tarnishing or scratching)

• Breakage resulting from rough handling
