HOW LONG UNTIL MY ORDER IS SHIPPED ?

All orders will be shipped out within two working days of order receipt. This does not include public holidays or weekends. Please note that in busy periods it may take us longer to ship out your items due to the volume of orders. 

DOES THE JEWELLERY COME WITH A WARRANTY ?

All of our jewellery has a 3 month warranty against manufacturing defects from the day of package receipt in accordance to our Terms & Conditions. View the full Warranty here

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY ?

We offer exchanges for change of mind or sizing issues on all full priced items within 14 days of package receipt. Ensure that the items is in unused condition and remain in its original packaging. Please note that the postage expense back to our facility is the senders responsibility and we will cover postage back to you. Please be aware that we do not provide refunds for change of mind or sizing issues.
