We cannot offer compensation for postage-related issues. However, if an incorrect address is added by us, we will provide compensation.

If you have mistakenly entered the wrong address during checkout, please contact us as soon as possible via email, so we can correct the address prior to dispatch. Once an item has been dispatched, we are unable to make any changes to the address.
