Refund policy

We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your Goldn pieces. In the event that you wish to make an exchange or return due to a change of mind or sizing issues, we extend our exchange policy to cover items within 30 days of package receipt. You can choose to exchange the product or return it for store credit. Although it's important to note we cannot do any returns on earrings due to sanitary reasons. For your convenience and assurance, we recommend using a tracked shipping method to prevent any potential issues with returns. Items must be in unused condition and remain in its original packaging. We do not accept returns that are in unsatisfactory condition or lost during transit (please ensure you obtain a tracking number). Responsibility for any such issues lies with the customer. Upon receipt of the returned products, we will assess the items and issue a store credit or exchange.

Please be aware that we do not currently provide refunds for change of mind or sizing issues. However, we do offer exchanges for full-priced items within a 30 day period of receiving your purchase.

In the unfortunate event of a faulty item, we do offer a refund. To initiate this process, kindly reach out to us via email at info@goldnstate.com, and our team will promptly assess your items.

Upon receipt and assessment of your item for defects, if it is approved by our team, we will arrange for a replacement or refund based on your preference. Please note that in the case of a faulty item, all postage costs will be reimbursed.

It is important to clarify that this policy does not cover the loss of items, general wear and tear (including natural tarnishing), or item breakage resulting from rough handling.
